Official text

Except in the case of workers engaged in any work which for technical reasons, or for such reasons as may be allowed by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator , must be carried on continuously throughout the day, no worker shall be required or allowed to work in any factory on any day on which he has already been working in any other factory.
