Official text

The Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator shall be, -(a) in case of Factories, the Chief Inspector appointed under the Rajasthan Service of Inspector of Factories and Boilers and Inspector of Factories (Chemical) Rules, 1958.

(b) for establishments other than factories, the Labour Commissioner or Additional Labour Commissioner, subject to direction and control of the Labour Commissioner.
