Rule 113. Manner of appeal

Chapter XIII — FactoriesMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020S.O. 23, 30 Jun 2026

Official text

The manager of a factory on whom an order in writing by an Inspector-cum-Facilitator has been served under the provisions of the Code and rules made thereunder or the occupier of the factory may, within thirty days of the service of the order, appeal against it to the appellate authority, and such authority may confirm, modify or reverse the order.
