Rule 44. Weekly holiday

Chapter V — Hours of Work and Annual Leave with WagesMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020S.O. 23, 30 Jun 2026

Official text

(1) For the purpose of section 26, there shall be posted up in a conspicuous place outside the office of every establishment a notice showing the weekly holiday. Where the weekly holiday is not the same day for all persons employed in the establishment, the notice shall show the holiday allowed to each relay, or set of persons or individual in Hindi, English and local language.
