CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 19th December, 2025
S.O. 5936(E).— In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment vide S.O. No.5319(E), dated the 21st November, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 21st November, 2025, at page No.2,-
(a) in line 9, for the entry against Sl.No.2, read “section 15, except the provisions of the Code specified at serial number (i) of S.O.2060(E), dated the 3rd May, 2023”;
(b) in line 10, for the entry against Sl. No.3, read “section 16 except the provisions of the Code specified at serial numbers (ii), (iii) and (iv) of S.O.2060(E), dated the 3rd May, 2023”;
(c) in line 14, for the entry against Sl. No.7, read “sub-section (1) of section 164 except the provisions of the Code specified at serial number (vi) of S.O.2060(E), dated the 3rd May, 2023”;
(d) in line 15, for the entry against Sl.No.8, read “sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 164 except the provisions of the Code specified at serial number (vii) of S.O.2060(E), dated the 3rd May, 2023”.
