S.O. 2515(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 34 of the Occupational Safety Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020) and in suppression of the notifications of Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment S.O. 3822 dated the 28th of November 2002, S.O. 2100 dated the 17th of May 2006, S.O. 2593 dated the 05th of September 2008, S.O. 1082 dated the 07th of April 2011, S.O. 2933 dated the 27th of September 2011, S-29025/01/2008/ISH-II dated the 18th December 2013, S.O. 3112(E) dated the 21st September 2017, S.O. 2997(E) dated the 19th June 2018, S.O. 1755(E) dated the 17th of April 2023, S.O. 2948(E) dated the 05th of July 2023, S.O. 2278(E) dated the 14th of May 2025, except as respects things done or omitted to done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers in the Directorate General of Mines Safety to be the Inspector-cum-Facilitator of Mines, subordinate to the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator of Mines, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette, until further orders.
