MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th May, 2026
S.O. 2697(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 122 of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020) and in supersession of notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment vide numbers S.O. 1913 dated 30th June, 2009 and S.O. 4287(E) dated 29th September, 2023, except respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in Column (2) of the Table below in the offices specified in column (3) to be Inspectors-cum-Facilitators and confer upon them the jurisdiction specified in Column (4) of the said Table, for the purposes of Chapter III of the said Code:-
