NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th May, 2026
S.O. 2534(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 87 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby notifies for general information that the Directorate General of Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes shall be known as the Directorate General Occupational Safety and Health with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
