Rule 84. Manner of compounding of offences by the authoriced officer specified under sub-sectio of section 114

(1) The occupier orthe manager orthe employer of the Factory/ Building and oth construction work / establishment may make application to the compounding office notified by the State Goverment for the compounding of offence with necessary docume regarding the compliance to the notice issued by the concern officer with necessary col fees stamp in accordance with The Court Fees Act, 1870 within 30 days of the service• notice for the breech of provision the code and rule made thereunder and also deposit tt entire composition amount with the application.
(2) The compounding officer shall issue a composition certificate to the applicant accordance with law andthe compounding officer may dispose application for it compounding of offence within 60 days.
(3) The composition of offence under section 114 of the code shall have the effect of & acquittal of accuse with whom the breech of the provisions of the code and rule mac • thereunder has been compounded. PLL Chapter -XI Under section-119
