Rule 65. Fees

(1) The fees to be paid for the grant or renewal of a license under sub-section

(2) Every license granted or renewed under clause (c) sub-section (4) of section 74 shall be subject to the following conditions, namely: - the manufacturing process shall be carried on only in that part of the industrid
(i) premises specified for the purpose in the license;
(ii) the maximum number of employees employed in the industrial premises shall not on any day exceed the number specified in the license; (iiї) power-driven machinery not specified in the license shall not be used in the manufacturing process in the premises;
(iv) except with the prior pernission in writing of the competent authority the industrial premises shall not be extended and except with the like permission, no structural alterations shall be made on any building on such premises;
(v) the license shall not be transferable;
(vi) the fees paid for the grant or renewal of the license shall be non-refundable.
