Rule 50. Renewal of license under section 48

(1) Every contractor shall apply electronically on the Portal of the Commissioner of Labour to the licensing authority for renewal of the license.
(2) Every such application shall be submitted on the said portal at least 30 days prior to expi license period but not before 90 days of such expiry of license.
(3) The security deposit and the fee chargeable for renewal of the license shall be the same a the grant of license under rule 49:
Provided that if the application for renewal is not received within the time specified in rule (2), an additional fee of twenty-five per cent, shall be payable for such renewal.
(4) It shall be the responsibility of the authority concerned to renew license within 30 days.
