The approval granted under these rule 69 can be revoked by the Chidf Inspector-cum-Facilitator of factories if it is found that such approval has been obtained by the occupier or manager by misrepresentation of material facts or fraudulent document submitted along with the application or otherwise or the majority of construction is not being done in accordance with the approval granted.
