Rule 74. Prohibition of use of premises as factory without License

(1) Occupier shall not use any premises as a factory or carry on any manufacturing process in a factory, unless a factory plan is approved by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitatorof or license has been issued in respect of such premises and is force for the time being.

(2) It shall be the responsibility of occupier himself of the factory toiget a valid license.
