Rule 75. Application for registration and Grant of License

(1) The occupier or manager of every factory to which the Code applies shall submit to the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator an application in Form 33 for the license of the factory accompanied by an application with registration certificate as per section 3 of the Code:

Provided that the occupier and manager of a place to which the provisions of the code made applicable, shall submit an application within 30 days of the date of the notification. Every application in Form 33shail be accompanied by atreasury receipt, or digital payment receipt for payment of the purpose as specified in the Schedule below:
