Rule 78. Transfer of Factory License

Chapter IX — Special ProvisionsMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020No. GHR/2025/76/FAC/142021/68396/M3, 6 Jun 2025

(1) The holder of a license may, at any time before the expity of the license, apply for permission to transfer his license to another person.
(2) Such application shall be made on the Chief Inspedior-cum-Facilitator or the Inspectos:-cum-Facilitator of Paclories within their local fimits who shall enter upon the license, under his signature, an endorsement to the effect that the license has been transferred to the person named.
(3) A fee of 10% of onc-year renewal fees shall be charged on each such application.
(4) In case of transfer of factory license which relates to registration of establishment, copy of application made for the amendment of establishlnent registration under the Code as per section 3(1)(4) shall be attached with the application.
