A copy each of Form Q (notice of strike), Form R (notice of lockout), Form S (notice for intimation of retrenchment or closure to the State Government), Form T (Application for permission of lay-off or retrenchment or closure), and Form U (compounding of offences), shall be shared electronically with Director General, Labour Bureau in auto-mode.
