decision shall be final.
(1) Any aggrieved worker/employee may file an before 6. application stating his dispute therein before the Grievance Redressal committee giving his name, under designation, employee Code, Department where of posted, length of service in years, category of worker, address for correspondence, contact number, details of grievances and relief sought.
(2) The application referred to in sub-rule (1) may be sent electronically or otherwise.
(3) The application referred to in sub-rule (I) shall be filed within one year from the date on which the cause of action of such dispute arose.
