employed in his industrial establishment, who has been in continuous service for not less than one year under him then, such employer shall give notice of such retrenchment, in Form-S to the State Government and such authority as may be designated by the State Government by notification, by email and registered post/speed post at least 15 days before the proposed retrenchment.
