for 32. In cases of group of employer engaged in similar industrial establishment may submit a joint draft standing order under section 30 and for the purpose of in proceedings specified in sub-sections (1), (5), (6), (8) and (9) thereof after consultation with the concerned Trade union or the representatives of workers if there is no Unions.
