Rule 48. Manner of serving notice by the employer for intended closure under sub-section (1) of section 74

Official text

If an employer intends to close down an industrial establishment he shall give notice of such closure in Form-XVIIto the State Government and a copy thereof to the Joint Labour Commissioner concerned, by e-mail or registered post or speed post.
