Rule 20. Manner of distribution of Funds of dissolved Trade Union

Chapter III — Trade UnionsMade under The Industrial Relations Code, 2020S.O. 41, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

Where it is necessary for the Registrar under sub-section (2) of section 25 to distribute the funds of the trade union which has been dissolved, he shall divide the funds in proportion to the amounts contributed by the members by way of subscription during their membership.
