Rule 40. Manner of' filling up of the vacancy and salaries and allowances of Judicial Member of the Industrial Tribunal under sub-section (9) of section 44

(1) The State Government may, on recommendation of the High Court, by notification in Official Gazette appoint any officer of the District Judge cadre of the Rajasthan Judicial Service as a Judicial Member for the Industrial Tribunal for the adjudication of industrial disputes and for performing such other functions as may be assigned to him under this Code.

(2) The salary, allowances of the Judicial Member shall be such as admissible to the Judicial officer of the District judge cadre.

(3) Every person appointed as Judicial Member shall, before entering upon his office, make and subscribe an oath of office and secrecy in the Form-XI.
