Rule 21. Annual Return, Particulars and Forms

Chapter III — Trade UnionsMade under The Industrial Relations Code, 2020S.O. 41, 12 Aug 2026

Official text

The annual return to be furnished under sub-section (1) of section 26 shall be submitted to the Registrar by the 31st day of July in each year and shall be in Form-VI.
