In case the settlement arrived at between the employer and his workers otherwise than in
course of conciliation proceedings the copy of the memorandum shall be marked to the
concerned Joint Labour Commissioner and Conciliation Officer or in the case of
otherwise than in the course of conciliation proceeding to the State Government or the
officer authorized by the State Government.
