(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Industrial Relation Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall extend to whole of the State of Rajasthan in respect to the industrial establishments and matters for which the State Government is the appropriateGovernment.
(3) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the OfficialGazette.
