Rule 48. Time-limit for review under sub-section (7) of section 78 of the Code

Official text

The State Government may, either on its own motion or on the application made by the employer or any worker, review its order granting or refusing to grant permission under sub- section (4) of the section 78 of the Code within a period of thirty days from the date on which such order is made.
