AMENDMENT IN RULES

The amendment in the rules for the matters detailed in column (1) and (2) are given in column (3) as

follows:-

1 Name of Union

2 Trade whole of the object for which the union has been

established

3 The whole of the purposes for which the general funds of the

union shall be applicable

4 The maintenance of a list of members

5 The facilities provided for the inspection of the list of members

by officers and members

6 The admission of ordinary members

7 The admission of honorary or temporary members

8 The conditions under which members are entitled to benefits

assured by the Rules

9 The conditions under which fines or forfeitures can be imposed

or varied

10 The manner in which the Rules shall be amended, varied or

rescinded

11 The manner in which the members of the executive and the

other officers of the union shall be appointed and removed

12 The safe custody of the funds.
