Rule 33. Application for modification of Standing Order under sub-section (2) of section 35 of the Code

Official text

The application for modification of an existing standing orders under sub-section (2) of section 35 shall be submitted manually or by post along with sufficient number of copies or electronically and shall contain the particulars of such standing orders which are proposed to be modified along with a tabular statement containing details of each of the relevant provisions of standing orders in force, and proposed modifications therein, reasons thereof and the details of registered Trade Union(s) including their address, phone number and email functioning therein and such statement shall be signed by a person authorised by the industrial establishment or undertaking.
