Rule 27. Manner of authentication of certified standing orders under sub-section (8) of section 30 of the Code

Official text

Standing orders or modification in the standing orders, certified in pursuance of sub-section (8) of section 30 or the copies of the order of the appellate authority under sub-section (1) of section 33 of the Code shall be authenticated by the certifying officer or the appellate authority, as the case may be, and shall be sent within a week to all concerned, but there shall not be any requirement of certification in cases of deemed certification under sub-section (3) of section 30 and in cases where the employer has certified adoption of model standing orders.
