Rule 31. The manner and language of maintaining standing order under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 33 of the Code

Official text

(1) The standing order finally certified by the certifying officer shall be sent to the employer and the Trade Union or the representatives of the workers concerned, except in the case of deemed certification under section 30. The copies of the order of the appellate authority under sub-section (1) of section 33 shall be sent to the employer, the Trade Union or the representatives of the workers concerned and the certifying officer within three days of the passing of such order, electronically or otherwise.

(2) The text of the standing order as finally certified or deemed to have been certified or adopted model standing order under this Chapter shall be maintained by the employer in Mizo or in English.
