Rule 16. Manner of sending the communication and notices under sub-section (1) and the manner to inform the Registrar under sub-section (3) of section 11 of the Code

Official text

(1) All communication and notices to the registered Trade Union shall be sent by the Registrar to the address of the head office of the Trade Union as entered in the register in Form VII through registered post and electronically, if possible.

(2) All communication to the Registrar by the Trade Union for the purpose of sub-section (2) and sub-section (3) of section 11 shall be made within thirty days of the occurrence of the event and shall be preferably through electronic mode.
