Notice to the Employer who committed an offence for the first time under this code, for

compounding of offence under sub-section (4) of section 89,

The undersigned and the Compounding Officer under sub-section 1 of section 89 of the Industrial

Relation Code, 2020 hereby intimates that the allegation has been made against you for committing

offence for the violation of various provision of this Code as per the details given below;-

In case you fail to deposit the said amount within the specified time, no further opportunity shall be given

and necessary direction for filing of prosecution under section shall be issued.
