Rule 83. Manner of periodical medical examination of worker under sub-section (5) of section 93

(1) Every worker who is engaged in the work of handling, dealing, or spraying or mixing insecticides, chemical and toxic substances shall be medically examined initially at the time of employment and thereafter once in six months.

(2) The medical examination and tests shall be recorded as per the Form XXVIII.

(3) Every employer shall maintain a health record of every worker such as annual medical examination or any other examination when required shall be kept in plantation and every such worker shall have access to such record.
