Rule 36. The manner of providing alternative employment under sub-clause (d) of clause (A) of sub-section (1) of section 38

If any person whose employment has been affected by an order issued under Sub-Clause (a) of Clause (A) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 38, the Inspector-Cum-Facilitator may give direction to the occupier to provide alternative employment to the person whose employment has been affected in the same capacity and under same service condition to other alternative employment in his factory or other factory which is under the control of that Occupier.

Provided further that the wages of the affected person shall not be reduced due to alternate employment.
