Rule 62. Form of application by the employee and conditions under sub-section (1) of section 76

The employer on the behalf of such employee to who want to work outside the industrial premises used for manufacturing of Beedi or Cigar or both shall apply for permission to the concerned authority in Form XIX electronically and keep records in Form XX.
