Rule 35. The specialised qualification and experience, duties and responsibilities of experts to be empanelled under section 37

The specialised qualification and experience, duties and responsibilities of experts to be empanelled under section 37 for such start up establishment or class of establishment shall be notified by the State Government from time to time.
