Rule 78. Rules under section 91

(1) Persons defined to hold positions of supervision or management and confidential positions.—The State Government may make rule under Section 91 (1) (a) or (b) an exempt by an order in writing any or all of the adult worker or any establishment or class of establishment for such condition as it may deemed expedient. Such order shall become effective after the publication in gazette.
