Rule 32. The qualification and experience of Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator under sub-section (5) of section 34

(1) Qualification and experience of Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator for the purpose of sub-section (5) of Section 34 shall be notified by State Government.

(2) Inspection scheme.— the state government by notification shall mandate inspection of all establishments defined under this rule and lay down a web-based inspection scheme based on risk assessment of the establishment assigning inspecting authorities based on their respective jurisdiction.
