Rule 72. Manner of publicising among the workers and the general public living in the vicinity of the factory the measures and disposal laid down under sub-section (7) of section 84

For the purpose of Sub-section (7) of Section 84, the occupier of a factory shall publicize measure for the handling, usage, transportation and storage of hazardous substances inside the factory premises and the disposal of such substances outside the factory premises to workers and the general public living in vicinity by print and electronic media, hoarding or any other mode of communication which is suitable for this purpose and a record thereof.
