Every employer of an establishment shall send annually a return relating to such establishment in FORM-IX related to category of employees, health & welfare facilities retrenchment/ layoffs, bonus, maternity benefits etc. to the inspector -cum-facilitator having jurisdiction so as to reach him not later than 1st February following the end of each calendar year with a copy to Director General Labour Bureau electronically.
