Rule 56. Study of inter-state migrant workers under Section 64

The State Government may identify the studies to be carried out to promote safety, health and welfare of inter-state migrant workers. Wherever required the State Government may also consult the Central Government or expert organizations involved in the safety, health and welfare of inter-state migrant workers. For this purpose, the state government can take the help of Dashrath Manjhi Institute of Labour and Employment Studies or any other reputed institute of the state which is working in the field of labour.
