The Code on Social Security (Gujarat) Rules, 2023
For the' purpose of any provisions made under these rules, the State Government shall mean the Office of the Labour Commissioner in the collection or extraction of annual statistical information on any matter under this Code, specified electronically with read receipt or otherwise.
