Rule 35. Summary dismissal of application

(1) The Competent Authority may, alter considering the application and the record of the examination, if any, of the applicant under •.t rule 34, summarily dismiss the application, if, for reasons to be recorded, he is of the opinion that there are no sufficient grounds for proceeding thereon.

(2) The mere dismissal of the application under sub-rule (1) shall not preclude the applicant from presenting a fresh application for the settlement of the same matter.
