right to compensation has been suspended under sub-section (2) or sub -section(3) of section 84 subsequently offers himself for medical examination his examination shall take place on the employer's prèmises or at such other place in the vicinity thereof as may be fixed by the employer an at a time to be fixed by the employer,not being, save with the express consent of the Employee, more than 72 hours after the Employee has so offered himself.
