Rule 55. Transfer for report

(1) A Competent Authority transferring any matter to another Competent Authority for report in accordance with section 92(3) shall, along with the documents referred to in that subsection transmit to such other Competent Authority a concise statement, in the form of question for answer, of the matter on which report is required.

(2) A Competent Authority. to whom a caselis so transferred for report shall not be required to report on any question of law.
