(1) The Board for discharging its functions as assigned to it, under sub-section (15) of section 6, may constitute a committee to deliberate and recommend on the specific issue(s) as may be assigned to advisory committee.

(2) Such advisory committee may co-opt members from the Board or outside, as the case may be from the fields of the experts from which such advisory committee is required to be deliberate.
