The Uttar Pradesh Code on Wages Rules, 2026
The return under these rules shall be filed electronically by every employer of an establishment to which the Code applies in the relevant Columns of the Form specified for such purpose in the rules made under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (Act no. 37 of 2020).
