(1) For the purposes of this Code and these rules, there shall be formulated an inspection scheme by the Labour Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh with the approval of the State Government for inspection of the establishments covered under the Code.

(2) Labour Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh shall be the competent authority to resolve the problems arising in the course of implementation of inspection scheme and can issue any order or directions regarding the same.
