The Uttar Pradesh Code on Wages Rules, 2026
Voting in the State Advisory Board, Committees and sub-committees appointed by State Advisory Board shall ordinarily be by show of hands, but if any member asks for voting by ballot, or if the Chairperson so decides, the voting shall be by secret ballot and shall be held in such manner as the Chairperson may decide.
