As per sub-section (4) of Section 18, where the total deductions authorised under sub-section (2) of Section 18 exceed fifty percent of the wages of an employee, the access shall be carried forward and recovered from the wages of succeeding wage period. In instalments so that the recovery in any month shall not exceed the fifty percent of the wages of the employee in that month.
